I received a laptop from a customer. The device is not working. After opening and testing it, it was found that one of the BIOS chips is missing. The chip number is W25Q80E.

The chip has been provided, but I don't have the programming file. Can you help? I need to program this chip, W25Q80EW.

Is the chip at U25 or U37 . U25 is the GPU vBios, U37 is Thunderbolt firmware

What's the problem with the laptop? Maybe the problem is somewhere else, worst case NVIDIA GPU is not detected, as this laptop uses NVIDIA Optimus (muxless) design, display is connected to Intel GPU
