Medion MD 98360 E7214 schematic or bios dump needed

Hi there,
Got this motherboard from a friend of mine. He told me he wanted to write a new bios into the laptop under windows cause it was passworded but something happened and the board died. I checked 3V on the power button but when I press it it goes down to 0V.
I found some bios version on medion site but the *.vxd file is only 8KB, dont think that would be it.

I looked for schematic as well but nothing so far. I think the bios cip is the one right near the battery but I want to be sure before I take it off to program it. It's not something I do everyday.

UPDATE:
I managed to download them and flashed EC , however bios chip gives me error when loading the file ''file too long''
Any ideas?
