    HP Pavilion 15-ec1060nm bios

Guys i have the same laptop, someone before me tried flashing some bios, but it was the wrong one, because only power button got on for a second and then off...i took this dump from post #4 and injected win key and DMI, now the board turns on,caps lock works, usb mouse works, but no image, not even on the HDMI...So the board works , but no image...I don't know what they did before me, maybe the screen is bad, backlight died or something like that...

Here is the SN 5CD0491ZQ3 and current dump, maybe the dump is for a different processor?? i've attached old dump with only power button on for a second and flashed bios with DMI and WINKEY injected, but no image ,keyboard lights up,caps works, usb keyboard an touchpad work...but no image on HDMI or LCD...

NVM it was the screen..someone before me didn't probably unplug the battery and it killed the screen, not the fuse in the screen, they are both good, LED controller probably, since no backlight is present, but 3.3V is..

    So the dump works 100%

Your original dump has original serial, it's the same BID 087B0 as post 4 (ver. F.32 extracted from HP website)

Try F.25 downloaded from HP website by entering your S/N, same version as your dump, with your serial/win key inserted
    HP Pavilion - 15-ec1060nm
    BID 087B0
    S/N 5CD0491ZQ3

    -------------------
But if it reacts to Caps lock it's most likely not a BIOS issue
LCD is connected to AMD CPU, and the HDMI port is connected to NVIDIA GPU, you have to boot into the OS and enable the secondary display to get HDMI output

HP Pavilion 500-560nf (Memphis-S, SSID 2B2C) – BIOS dump request (8 MB .bin)
      by olfelys
Request: Looking for a BIOS dump for HP Pavilion 500-560nf (SKU L1V04EA), motherboard Pegatron Memphis-S / SSID 2B2C.
My board enters jumper recovery mode but no BIOS files are available from HP anymore.
I need the full 8 MB BIOS dump (.bin) (with .sig/.s12 if possible), or at least a clean dump I can flash with CH341A.

Already checked HP support & Win-Raid packages (they only contain Intel ME firmware, not the BIOS).

post moved...next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it,...

Request HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 (J06) BIOS dump to restore system firmware
      by Ahari
      Hi all,

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.

I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

      I...

ASUS ZenBook UX480F : need help with cleaning the ME region of my BIOS dump
      by mkdj
      Dear all,
I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:

I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.

I would appreciate if someone could take time to explain the issue, so that I can learn. But I would...

I need a BIOS dump for the Samsung S49CG934SU monitor
      by Habble7
The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

      Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.
