Black screen. Need bios for hp 250 g10

I put the device into hibernate mode, and after turning it back on, it didn't work. The screen remains black, and the power button blinks as if it's still in sleep mode. I removed the battery and tried turning it on with the charger only, but nothing changed. The power button just keeps blinking like it's in sleep mode repeatedly.
I need a BIOS file.
