Check the hardware, see if the display cable is plugged in tightly.

Checked and it's ok, I didn't disassembled completely to do the process, remove the camera cover, bios is there, soldered cables, with batterys removed of course, and did the backup and writing, if I put my phone flash light to the screen I can see image, with no backlight, checked hardware close to bios and there were no mistakes.

The clear ME file solves the slow boot problem.

Ok, going to do both tests maybe tomorrow, it's already midnight here, I don't think it's a hardware problem as I've used microscope and good soldering that I do every day, but anyways going to re-check everything.

After writing this dump, Toughbook won't boot on batterys, just with the power cord connected, and still dark screen, one thing to note is that I've updated bios and ME firmware sime days ago, could that anything to do with the problen I'm facing?

Ok, I would probably be the most idiot person, but I must say it, it wasn't hardware fialure, it wasn't Bios file, in fact both files provided works, Toughbook wasn't booting on batteries and no backlight due I was testing it with the battery lid cover removed, and there is a metal piece on the lid for a sensor or maybe a reed switch to sense that metal piece, after I installed the lid, Toughbook booted perfectly on batteries and with backlight, thank you so much, I've learned something new at this time.

Problem with PANASONIC CF53 laptop after changing BIOS settings
                          by AquaMan Ua
Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...

Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1 BIOS repair
                          by aa10aa10
                          Good day,

I have tried to remove BIOS supervisor password from Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1. Model number CF-33AENABTG, unfortunately I don't have any other info.

I read the BIOS using afuwin, edited it and tried to flash new edited BIOS using afuwin. Unsuccessfully. Afuwin showed "Error: Problem erasing flash." starting with 0x00040000 and stoped. Then I tried many other options to flash BIOS from Windows without any luck. Finally i rebooted the device - and no post. Afterwards I have read the corrupted bios chip (MX25L12873F) using EZP2010 programmer....

                          🛠️ MSI GP75 Leopard MS-17E71 – No Display, Deep BIOS/EC Troubleshooting
                          by macabook
                          Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
                          🧩 Initial Issue
                          • Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight
                          • External display (HDMI) shows
                          ...

Panasonic CF-20G0247VM BIOS Bad Flash Help
                          by James Jackson
I usually try to figure these things out on my own but am asking for help now as I have been beating my head against a wall.

Backstory, I initially ended up with a CF20 Mk2 with a locked BIOS. I used aptio to read the BIOS and made the adjustments to the .rom file and attempted to write it back with aptio before reading other users problems with that setup. Well it bricked the BIOS go figure. Computer no longer boots, black screen. I found a clean BIOS on this forum but now I am having ME issues. So I would rather hand over the aptio dump(pre BIOS brick) and a hardware reader dump(post...
