Panasonic CF-20G0247VM BIOS Bad Flash Help

I usually try to figure these things out on my own but am asking for help now as I have been beating my head against a wall.

Backstory, I initially ended up with a CF20 Mk2 with a locked BIOS. I used aptio to read the BIOS and made the adjustments to the .rom file and attempted to write it back with aptio before reading other users problems with that setup. Well it bricked the BIOS go figure. Computer no longer boots, black screen. I found a clean BIOS on this forum but now I am having ME issues. So I would rather hand over the aptio dump(pre BIOS brick) and a hardware reader dump(post BIOS brick) in hopes someone can mate the two back together easily. I will then flash that back to the BIOS chip the right way having learned my lesson.

    Details:
    Model - CF20G0247VM
    Serial - 0BKKC52206

By no means am I asking anyone to do the dirty work for me. Just a push in the right direction of how to easily compare the two dumps and making them whole again. Or if it is just easier to do without explanation I guess I can manage with that solution too.

    I have attached the dumps.

If you need anymore information please ask. I should be able to respond within 24 hours.

    Thank You

Superb. It is working and showing a valid ME version now. It also boots a lot faster, so it must have been getting hung up on something previously.

Are you able to explain exactly what you did? I assume it has to do with rebuilding the ME section?

        Thank You Again

Problem with PANASONIC CF53 laptop after changing BIOS settings
          by AquaMan Ua
Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...

Help Disabling Flash Protection Range Registers on Lenovo P360 Tiny BIOS
          by abhorsen
          Hey guys,

Hope you all are doing well. I come here from Win-Raid because I am having issues disabling Flash Protection Range Registers so I can flash my BIOS from within Windows using Intel's IFW tool/using flashrom within Linux, however I cannot due to the above mentioned error.

Here is my thread on Win-Raid detailing the whole process I went through: https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/re...h-gen/95478/27

Essentially I managed to boot into Windows while shorting PINs 1+5 of my audio chip to disable the HAP bit...

Dell Optiplex 7010 micro bad BIOS flash?
          by mrrubik
          Hi folks,

I got a Dell Optiplex 7010 micro PC (Exact Model) with 8FC8 BIOS and locked out admin password. I attempted to remove the password by patching the BIOS via info from this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ssword-patcher
After flashing the patched the BIOS, the PC is unresponsive with a solid AMBER power LED (not documented in manual anywhere)

          Steps I took:
          1. Read BIOS with CH341a, verified hash twice
          2. Patched
          ...

Is it okay to flash stock bios onto the motherboard's BIOS?
          by AkaBukai
          Hi there,
          I have a 14" Lenovo Laptop (Flex 5 14ALC05) which has a boot issue.
The little LED on the power button is flashing slowly and nothing happen.
This unit do not have any BIOS button cell battery so I tried many times draining the power but it is still not powering on.

So I decided to flash the BIOS using a cheap programmer.
And I was successfully able to read the content (exactly 16MB file) which BTW is a WINBOND 74m12jwsiq (according to the package inscription - but detected as W25Q128FW in the software - IMSProg on Linux)

          I also...
