Thanks, but no image.

Power consuption is floating btween 1 - 2.6A, then stabilies at 1.8A. No display, no capslock. I've read SPI again - ME is in Configured state (should be "Initialized") so i guess i have PCH issue.

Do You have any other suggestions?

No schematic/BV for this board.

It wasnt bios issue at all. I've Replaced PCH SRKMA and the motherboard works fine now. Bios dump uploaded above is working.
