Hi, could someone help me with this BIOS? It's a Laptop

The problem is that it turns on, but never gives an image.

Thanks for your reply. I was able to flash it and it worked a few times.

But then I put the battery in, charged it to 100%, and it wouldn't turn on again. When I plugged in the charger, it made a coil whining sound, with a 150mAh consumption. It's probably some electrical issue on the board.
