thank you, unfortunately still no boot after flashing,same 3 sec blinking power button, suspecting it might be hardware issue

Thank you for your reply. I have the same problem, I replaced the motherboard which worked for few days, then I got the very same problem, then I swapped the daughterboard but that didn't help. Would you be able to share which IC was the problem? Here's a high res picture of the motherboard.
