After some googling i found it can be turned on /off provisioned/unprovisioned with dell command configure and PowerShell Provider.

Another machine like this arrived with the same problem, I tried to do it using these commands and programs from Dell, and I can say that it doesn't work! I believe that the commands are just to enable Legacy, as to disable it, none of them work, just placing an old Dump clearME, as I mentioned above.
