    Post the laptop serial number.., and your bios backup. The EC can be extracted from the bios.

                Here`s a virgin bios + EC. If it doesn`t boot it could be the PCH that isn`t soldered correctly or the wrong one if you bought a used one with bootguard, or the problem could be somewhere else.
