Lenovo T14 Gen 4 bios password

Can anyone help me with the bios password?

Machine type model 21HE-S6T900

I have attempted to remove the BIOS password from an E14 Gen 3 AMD:
System Unit Serial Number PF30PWYB
Machine type model 20YDS03T00
Based on my experience with Intel machines and assuming that the password is stored in the EC, I made a backup of the EC, erased the EC and restored the backup.
Unfortunately the password is still there.
Can someone please tell me the correct way to do this?

I see the point, on the chip it says 256. But I was not able to read 256KB with SVOD4. I'll try Vertyanow.

here you have a clean EC extracted from update, same version as yours - R1OHT28W - but you have to write DMI with Lenovo Maintenance Utility (LMU)

Sorry for the confusion, but this is the wrong thread. This thread is for the T14 and I have an E14. So I started a new thread and have already been helped.
