Отправляю два файла. Не уверен, что они правильно прочитаны, так как между ними есть небольшие различия.

      Hello,

I've read the BIOS and have a question: can I see my forgotten password in the BIN file, or is it also encoded? I'm sending two files; I'm not sure if they're read correctly, as they have slight differences.
      Need help to remove password.

if they have differences it's not good...after you write it back to the chip it might not work anymore..it has to be the same..

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

you need an SPI programmer...here is a video for example..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWWi...nnel=ThisIsHow

Just a few initial letters are enough for me, if that's possible. Thanks.

                      # 6 looks more complete, # 3 is missing some sections, try using #6 as base

Password should be in 1044020-104403F, it's encrypted, replacing with 00 00 00 .... should do it

Thanks, I accidentally recognized my password again. It was quite simple, but so much effort. Out of curiosity, I reread my BIOS with a new probe, this time without errors, and checked the password – that was exactly what you described. Thanks!

                              by EbrahimSiami
                              Hello everyone,
I need help with my Acer Aspire 5920G laptop. Its original GeForce 8600M GT graphics card failed, so I replaced it with an Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT MXM card.

**Problem:** The laptop powers on, but there is no display (black screen) on either the internal LCD or external monitor. This indicates a BIOS compatibility issue with the new graphics card.

**What I have tried so far:**
                              1. I have my **original stock BIOS dump (1MB .BIN file)** from my laptop, which works and allows the laptop to power on normally (but no display with 9600M...

                              Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
                              🧩 Initial Issue
                              • Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight
                              • External display (HDMI) shows

                              by James194zt
                              Hi,

My daughter has accidentally managed to kill her Acer gaming desktop it has a blank screen after updating and when you press the power button the fans spin, light comes on and it makes 1 long and 1 short beep and no attempt to boot.

All basic troubleshooting has been done we replaced CPU, GPU and RAM from a working machine and no joy, I also noticed a post on here with the same issue and it was the BIOS. I am pretty sure also because it was doing a BIOS update that stopped it working, she knocked the keyboard out by accident during the update and the screen just went...

🚨 Need Help Reviving an Acer X4690G After Failed BIOS Update

                              Hey guys,

I tried updating the BIOS on my Acer X4690G, but the power got interrupted mid-update, and now the BIOS is corrupted. The system won’t boot properly anymore.

Has anyone dealt with this kind of failed flash before? Any tips on how I can recover or fix the BIOS?

I already searched everywhere for a BIOS dump specific to the X4690G, but I couldn’t find any. If anyone has a working dump, a backup, or knows where I can get one, please let me know.

Here’s a dump of my corrupted BIOS, and I’ve also included the .CAP BIOS file I downloaded...
