Can I see my forgotten password in the BIN file, or is it also encoded?

I've read the BIOS and have a question: can I see my forgotten password in the BIN file, or is it also encoded? I'm sending two files; I'm not sure if they're read correctly, as they have slight differences.
Need help to remove password.
