try this file. Your bios is very old v. 1.4.0 which is no longer in updates. This is ver. 1.3.1 if you want to update it do it in steps - 1.10.1 then 1.12.2 then 1.13.1

i'd like to request a BIOS for this laptop, kb lights up, fan full fan speed no display, i flashed bios on post 6 nothing changed. if i try to recover from usb i get 3 amber 3 white otherwise there are no errors
or canthis not be a bios isue?

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

Hi guys i repaired this bios with another same 7445's bios. But before both doesn't have an Admin password in BIOS now repaired BIOS had locked with Password. Can remove password from this BIOS?
