try this file. Your bios is very old v. 1.4.0 which is no longer in updates. This is ver. 1.3.1 if you want to update it do it in steps - 1.10.1 then 1.12.2 then 1.13.1

3 white 3 amber light showing, keyboard lights on, fan spinning but no video. I tried recovery flash with rcv but still 3 white 3 amber led showing.
