ASUS Vivobook P1504F X512FA (MB X512FF) Working BIOS with DMI/SN

    Hello,
    ASUS Vivobook P1504F X512FA
    MB X512FF rev. 2.2
i have laptop which during BIOS Update from Windows Update in some way broke dump -not working sound, Intel OED code 10 ("fw did not send fw ready notification").
I need clean dump with inserted SN and other DMI data from my BIOS and sticker. Not sure if Win key is in BIOS.
Is there way to build BIOS from update file? I tried extract it in many ways and find paterns from original dump but i think its not so easy like some time ago.. xD

@SMDFlea Looks like DMI have a fault, because this BIOS wont start laptop too. You backup full DMI automatically and insert into clean right? Do you have method for copy only SN?

Thank all of you for help. I managed to make fully working BIOS from @SMDFlea clean bin and copy/paste DMI region from my original BIOS (range 0x960000-96FFFF).
This is problematic BIOS in this laptop because even after that, there was problems with powering on after first power button push (first LED solid, then hold power button, LED off, blink then on) but resolved that with either again disconnect battery and AC, hold PB, connect AC wait, blink battery LED orange, push PB and wait and/or downgrade BIOS to 308 and update again to 309 (Winflash tool with /nodata switch).
I dont know why somebody removed my attachment with original dump from first post and why i cant edit posts....

The bios is still there at post 1 ,but due to an intermittent forum software bug when an attachment and picture is posted together the attachment doesn`t show up. If i delete the picture it will show again. There is a time limit to edit posts. Anyway, i`m happy you fixed it

                    by razor_amd
With ASUS, not everything is quite so simple. I will show you my way. It may be longer or harder but it is the right way to do it in my humble opinion.

For example, you can have 3 similar ASUS motherboards, all being the same model, all of which will have different BIOS versions.

I will give you an example and my version of preparing BIOS from ASUS website and in the process I am always cleaning Intel ME while doing it so you have fully cleaned BIOS, no DMI data, no password, nothing.

This is the picture of 3 similar ASUS motherboards, all of them being X555LD...

Hi all, I've spent the past week digging through the forums and guides to try correct my foolish mistake of changing hidden settings while tinkering around, and to be honest my heads overloaded so I'm hoping you'll be able to help.

I used a tool called 'Smokeless-UMAF' to access usually hidden settings in the bios. I tweaked one or two 'safe' things but made the mistake of tweaking a lot of settings under 'USB/Thunderbolt Configurations' when I didn't know what they did. For...

                    Hello everyone,

                    The situation is as follows:
I set a supervisor password for my bios and forgot it because my laptop boots directly into Windows. So apparently there is no need to remember the password, my brain thought, so here I am
