Dell Latitude 7310 LA-J261P BIOS

Hi Need chip dumps for this model (Latitude 7310).
When I power it on, only the keyboard and power LED light up for about 3 secs before all shuts off
No fan spin, No power. MAIN: FDX40 LA-J261P Rev:1.0(A00)

My bad. The laptop's condition is so poor that the paint and the stickers were completely worn off / erased.
I had to make wild guesses to get the numbers right. I guess the SN is 934H593,

Hello, first of all, thank you very much for the help. I tell you that when I placed the bios that you sent me, the device turned on but after several minutes of waiting, it never gave a video. Now when I turn on the computer it doesn't give video and the fan speeds up a lot.
I am sending you the bios of another Dell that came to the workshop and that works 100% in case it is useful to repair the other one.
