Thank you for help. I wrote the files but the symptom is the same (starts, the keyboard is lit and I can control the light from keyboard but no image and no boot). I saw another memory on board, w25q16. Can this be the problem? Where can I find the file for it?

This 2MB chip is most likely vBIOS (Graphics Firmware), there is no need to touch it.
