Search BIOS thinkpad e14/e15

I have 2 laptops E14 and one E15 with the same problem: don't turn on (no led) I suspect the bios and I have buy an CH341A.
But now I need a new bios...
I give below the older bios, can you check it please, or give a valid version of BIOS?

I will be very grateful to you

At first, this is the numbs of a e14: 20TA-00EWFR
with a bios chip: Gigadevice GD25Q80
Motherboard: GE4B0/GE5B0 NM-D011

What is the point in giving you a bios,what are you going to flash it to.A bios can only be flashed to the correct chip. You must make a backup before erasing or flashing any other bios. Find all SPI chips using the schematic/boardview https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...-1-0-schematic

I just found in shematic this component: CAT24C256WI-GT3_SO8 it's the chip i was mentionned. is it the BIOS?

thinkpad E14 gen 2 20TA-00EWFR with GE4B0/GE5B0 NM-D011 rev 1.0
And E15 gen 2 20TD-001JFR with the same motherboard than e14

If you have a WSON adapter board yes.Its essential that you make a good backup before erasing the chip or trying to flash any other bios.Post your backups here and we can check if they`re any good or not.If you don`t make backups you will make more problems for yourself.

this is a winbond W25R256JVEIQ but my software said to me W25Q256BV or W25Q256FV, I have export the bios with this two options cause idk.

The problem is: pc don't boot, no leds

Can you repair my bios? thanks you very much in advance , and can you say me which of two bios chip it is?
