Lenovo L14 gen 2 no boot, bios needed

Hi!
Model: Lenovo L14 gen 2
CPU: SRK04 i5-1135G7
Board: HL4A0/HL5A0 Rev. 1.0

Laptop no boot, no react on power button. Power supply switch on 20V but consume only 0,11A. Electric i cannot found problem.
Probably problem with bios
Original bios in att.
Please help!

When i write bios from another 20X1 power button blink 3 times but still no react on power button
