Lenovo T460s Me Clean?

Would someone please be able to look at this BIOS? The machine works fine but takes 15 seconds to POST and the MEI Version is blank. Intel ME will not install. I had used lenovo auto-patcher to remove supervisor password. That worked and I have since updated the BIOS to the latest version. Thanks in advance.
