Need help with encrypted files from HP/Insyde updater

Hello. I am trying to revive an old notebook (HP 650; C1N06EA#ABD) which has a corrupted BIOS. I downloaded the BIOS updater-installer from HP website and extracted the contents but in there I am stuck with two .fd files (each 5.602 KB) which seem to be encrypted. I looked at the guides but I don´t know how to decrypt these files to get a flashable .bin out of it. Can someone help with this? The files in question are attached.
