My version is not finished at the moment
I don't have time to take care of it and it is not available .

Write access is locked, if your usb key is well done with the utility provided,
    you must have the rights.

    No access, weird.
Rest of password, or Ec corrupted may be ?
try to load the default setup, clean the security tab etc. and try again.

For block 84, I have no idea what it corresponds to

I don't know what you originally did to the PC, it's hard to help you anymore

try this one ThinkPad Maintenance Utilities V1.19(X64)

Sorry i didn't see your post.

      But i found solution now!!!
Problem ist SVOD4. In some cases the svod4 programmer makes the mec chip (some kind of) locked. If this happenes the notebook is running, but mec isn't writable.
Then you need RT809H, write the dump back with this programmer and the problem ist gone, now i can write all data like B0 etc with U1. No Problems anymore and no error messages.
The funny part is: once programming with RT809H, programming with svod4 is possible again.

I have a Lenovo P53, it was on supervisor password which I removed by using a method here on badcaps ( by shorting a specified circuit) after resetting password I saved and exit bios. My model number serial number was changed which was showing Lenovo L15. I tried to change it back using thinkpad maintenance utility and when I try to select ¨CO¨ and type my serial it shows CO type not correct. Searching internet I found out another option of using command ¨20¨. which I tried with random number and it worked. but I think its not type 20 because serial on the back of laptop doesn't fit syntax of that command. Please help. I am at beginners level in these techniques.
Details- Type 20QN-003FMX S/N PF-1CY6UJ 20/03 THESE ARE ON BACK
Which option should I chose and how should I input I tried like this but its not working 1S20QN003FMXPF1CY6UJ

where can i get the other serials such as b0 etc, is it necessary to have other data too. I think initializing eprom removed all the information.

Usually there must be a sticker for B0 like in attached image...
For C0 you can put together like this example:

                        1. Machine Type Model : 20S0002UAD
                        2. Serial Number : PF2BMNC6
                        3. 1S + Machine Type Model + Serial Number
                        4. Final: 1S20S0002UADPF2BMNC6
                        Attached Files
