Re: Dell latitude e6410 bios password
Hello I have Dell E6410 I was putting in a larger hard drive (1T) from a 131 gig. Not sure if I'm going over the max size. I will not let me load windows. And yes my setup admin password is lock and I do not remember it. Service tag 8S4ZBP1-1F5A. I tried the file trebo had up from Russia. Said bad "no BIOS type found in input string, must be followed by -595B and other registered" any help on either problem thank you.

Re: Dell latitude e6410 bios password
Hi,
I am a new member to the site. I own a dell e4310, the administrator password is set, the laptop bios is set to boot only from the hdd. I've tried many many password tools on the net. I am hoping this site is my last stop. Could someone please point me to a tool that will generate a password or be kind and generate one for me please. The service tag is 6SJGPM1-1F5A, the express code is 14786439337.
Thanks for any response.
Sincerely,
JimComment

by jhanraHi there masters, recently i got a dell 5400 chromebook and wanted to install windows, i searched the internet and i found out other people also wanting a UEFI bios for this model, i searched there is a R/W legacy, but there are bugs like keyboard/trackpad not working, and hard to install.
so i decided to try to port one, this bios is based on dell 5400 windows version, i am testing this bios for a week now an found only a little to no bug at all in windows 10, or only a minor issue
in windows 11 sound driver compatibility, but overall its ok, for me i can deal with it, 😅😅😅...-

by anlsmithI am trying to remove the BIOS password for a Dell Latitude 5430 motherboard LA-L591P. So far I think that I have located the BIOS chip but NeoProgrammer says that is detects 3 chips. I have attached the dump from each one. Are any of these the BIOS file? Service Tag: 1DMC1T3. If nyone knows the exact location of the bios chip as well I would greatly appreciate it...

by TripTopHi
i have dell latitude E7270 with following symptoms:
- takes long time to restart.
- sometimes powers on and then off
- sometimes while working it just dies,
From googling online bios clean could possible resolve this?
i was able to save bios and was going to try bios clean myself but get an below error when i drop it in ME analyzer.(unsure whether this sometimes occurs or could be due to bad/corrupt bios)
As ME analyzer gave me an error i just decided to write bios with a cleaned bios from E7270 bios post.
I reinstall...-
