Thanks for your reply to our posts, but if you have a dell that ends with -1F5A, this website will probably not help. It has helped with several other laptops, but not the ones that have -1F5A in the code.

I Have tried it on 3 or 4 Dell E6410's and it has not helped.

If anyone has any idea how to resolve the CMOS password issue with these Dell laptops, PLEASE let me know.

Again, bios-pw.org does not work on these laptops.

We have about 4 or 5 laptops total that we can't reset PW on.

We buy these at Government Auctions. Most work fine but every now and then we run into something like this.

Any ideas on an eprom programmer? I see them on eBay but not sure if they will work properly.
