very old IBM T22 password locked

Hi, just for fun i'm trying to get back to work a very old Pentium III , IBM ThinkPad T22 (type 2647), unfortunately it has a masterlock bios password.
Some old laptop simply need to reset cmos or short SDA SCL, but this one doesn't have 8pin flash chip
    we have an ATMEL 24RF08CT
How can i remove this password? Thanks in advance!
