ThinkBook 13S G2 ITL password locked need Help !

Dear All,

I have one 2nd hand Thinkbook 13s G2 ITL with broken display, after replace the LCD module it show password locked ,

Can someone please kindly help me to get back the password code or modify this BIOS Dump to clean the password.

S/N: R912D81K

BIOS: W25R256JV

Thank you Sir. This Bios image can boot up , but this Bios are Thinkbook 14 and all DMI part should be another notebook. If i change this image SN and MTM to use it still have Win 10 Key can't Active problem.

May I can ask how to back up my original bios first?
And use which tools to get files from which chips?
And then how to clean it?
