need bios to my laptop HP 250 G9

Hello i need a bios .bin file for HP 250 G9 Serial no CND3141ZCV Pprod ID 7NOM6ES#ACQ.
Notebook was updated, after restart it went into bios update screen, switched off and then never showed anything onscreen since, it switches on but screen remains black, no sign of life on screen.

There is my corruted ios, please note this is my first time programming, i need a working bios to write on the chip to get it to work, thanks
