need bios to my laptop HP 250 G9

Hello i need a bios .bin file for HP 250 G9 Serial no CND3141ZCV Pprod ID 7NOM6ES#ACQ.
Notebook was updated, after restart it went into bios update screen, switched off and then never showed anything onscreen since, it switches on but screen remains black, no sign of life on screen.

Hi, pls need BIOS for my HP 250 G9 laptop SN: CND2312FNS, Motherboad: IPA50 LA-K203P Rev: 2.0
I wanted to reset BIOS pass, but couldn't find any password after reading the chip (WINBOND 25R128JVSN 2214). I erased and flashed with CH341A and using AsProgrammer this file 089A0.bin (I found it extracting the exe from HP page using the guides).
Now my laptop turns one light on for 4 sec and goes off again. Screen and fan remains off all the time. I also flashed again with my backup file below and laptop still not turning on. Also tried all bios file posted here and still the same.

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

Hi peste, thanks for your reply! It took me some days to order soldering tools. I tried the file below that i found on the link you send but with the clip. 2 leds and the fan were on only 5 seconds and then all went off.
I unsoldered it from the board and ended up with a 5 leg IC (I had no hot air and first time soldering). Is there anything to do to fix this mess, before I put it in the drawer of the things destroyed by me?

buy a new chip, stick it on and write the bios that I gave you in the link...write the chip like in the video...stick it on the programmer..
