Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen3 Bios Password

Hi,
i bought a faulty lenovo thinkpad t14 gen3 from ebay and fixed it till i discovered a bios pw during the first startup. I tried lenovo autopatcher but wasn´t successful. Can anyone help me remove the bios pw?
