lenovo thinkbook 15 g2 itl disable onboad ram bios

I have a lenovo thinkbook 15 g2 itl (working!) and in the .bin bios file i found the lines with 6.5.6.5...6, but i don't know what to replace with 00 to disable the onboard ram/memory, if someone can help.

i've attached the extracted .exe file, this contains the bios dump when opened with 7zip (the file is DOSFLV34_QS.bin)

also how to flash the modified bios? can it be repacked and flashed?

I'm not using clip, using CH341 and NeoSoftware V2.2.0.8, i also saw that something is not good with the dumps but never had problem with CH341 and Neo
Maybe something Happened with programmer, can you try now?

Your files are too corrupt to repair or get any DMI or key from.

                                    Try these.
