My Firefly 15.6” G8 stopped booting. When I do a hard reset the caps lock light comes on for a few seconds then turns off. I get orange and white flashing from the charging LED until it’s fully charged. This is the second time it’s happened. It was under warranty the first time but not this time.

I saw someone else in the thread having a similar issue and they just needed to flash the EC, is that what I need to do? My wson tool was supposed to show up today but it’s delayed so I figured I’d at least ask while I wait.
