Thinkpad P71 BIOS Request or MOD Request

The issue is user changed the Graphics options from maybe Hybrid/Internal to Discrete. The Discrete P5000 Quadro NVIDIA has internal issues so the laptop will boot with black screen after this change. Before the laptop will display using internal GPU and with NVIDIA device listed with an error code or sometimes not listed.

I'd like to either have this modded to it uses Internal GPU or a factory version.

    Laptop Model: P71 (type 20HK, 20HL) Laptop (Thinkpad) - Type 20HK - 20HKCT01WW

    Laptop Drivers Link:

    Attached is the original BIOS.

I've tried the BIOS here and it'll not pass POST. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...postcount=2339
    Thank you!

The BIOS tried here https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...postcount=2339 did eventually pass POST and can see Lenovo logo but accessing BIOS or Boot Menu, just hangs, even with different GPUs. Any ideas? Thanks

I've merged the 8MB BIOS from Lenovo website attached with original BIOS by going through and patching where ever I see a match. Same result. I can see the laptop passing POST but no display on external or internal. Caps Lock and Num Lock works. With the BIOS on the link on the forum, the Lenovo screen comes on - however when pressing ENTER key to go into menu - it stays on that screen, it's not frozen, just doesn't move to BIOS. Same with F12 for BIOS, it says entering boot menu... and keeps flashing the dots ... .. . .. .... never freezing, just not doing anything, so it doesn't enter BIOS either.

Any help would be appreciated - ideally a default settings of BIOS in the file is what I need. I also tried blindly Pressing F1 multiple times, then F9 to default settings and F10 to save changes, this is with the original BIOS where it's booting and POST but no display.

      Cheers
