first boot press f10 apply factory defaults and restart, 2nd boot reset security settings to defaults and exit.
use BCU. you can permanently disable Absolute lock in BCU.

should i do one of your Solutions, so only flashing the second chip for example what hoaca388 was suggesting or should i also do Rexer Anthonys approach?

i already flashed the first Chip BIOS_Dumps_HP_ZBook_fury_15_G8_WINBOND_25Q256JVEN_1er_Chip_2148_G134.rar so the Run2.bin and allready resoldered it with a BIOS where the password was removed by a friend. So all in all i am trying to get the second chipy (BIOS_Dumps_HP_ZBook_fury_15_G8_WINBOND_25Q256JVEN_2er_Chip_2153_6141_5D300) clean, without password in the bios.
What would you suggest to do ?
i am very new to all of this and ihave big trouble with all the soldering part. so idealy i have not to unsolder the first chip again. At least i hope so.

I Choosed the second option, because there was less soledring work to be done.

I know is a dumb question.
How do i write that back to the laptop ?
The extraction was done by a friend with his tools.
I know may way around computers but BIOS programing is something more delicate.
I saw many tutorials but i just want to do it the correct way.
