I had a go with HPUnlocker I have used this before with no luck
I am just not confident with this app maybe I am wrong and it would work.

What type of lock do you mean, because I can't see any admin, power-on or user password set in your dump. Absolute persistence module is also disabled...?

The equipment came to my hands as it is, the BIOS is not physically intervened, I only extracted the BIN

ОK, program only the attached dump below, leave the other as is. At first boot enter the bios and reset to factory defaults, then reset security settings to default:
