I don t have it, last message was 502, after this message the display it s stay black(when i press power to shut it down, a gray display flash) and combination of power+winkey+b doesn t work.

Yes, i d make an usb fat32 with HP_TOOLS(HP System BIOS Update UTILTY) with my specified SN, for the first time was the message Flashing BIOS, after that message same problem, black screen and nothing else.

Finally the interface came and I was able to make backup.

in the archive is bk from: asprogrammer, mini programmer, neoprogrammer.

I need first to erase the chip? After erase I need to flash it?

I did not modify the 341a adapter; I had read that it might be 5V, but the reading, erasing, or writing process was successful. I don't think the issue is from there. I will try to rewrite the backup to see if the problem persists. I will get back to you with a message.

Very strange, even with the old backup, it still doesn’t start. The LED stays on for 3 seconds and then turns off. What’s strange is that I can write/verify the BIOS without any problems. Before I started writing the BIOS, the laptop stayed on but had no display. What else can I try?
