Need bios for this model
Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen 3 (type 21C7, 21C8) Laptops (ThinkPad) - Type 21C7
Serial Number: PW04FZBA

The problem is laptop won't to start. Some man wanted to do BIOS update, and in some time it crashed and turned off.
Playing with "bottom button", disconnect/connect battery/cmos battery, ssd, RAM etc. didn't help.
When I want to start laptop, it turns on, fan spinning, but after 2-3 sec stopping spin and laptop not responding. Sometimes blink Esc+F1+F4 LEDs, but awaiting about 30 minutes gives nothing. Also in approx. 5 minutes fan begin again to spinning.

I've tried to write data from same notebook, but it wont start.
Me Analyzer (v1.283.3 r323) says "File does not contain Intel Engine/Graphics Firmware"

Because the device has an AMD CPU!

Take a clear image to the BIOS Chip, we need to see what's written on it.
Also which Programmer and Software you use to read the BIOS Chip?

Thanks for your answer. I use XGecu T48 with XGPro 12.55.
Where I can take a clean image? On lenovo website firmware are only files .FL1 and .FL2. There is no .bin or .rom files.

2nd comment is dump from "broken" laptop (in this state I took it).

I meant by "clean image" to take a close photo to your BIOS Chip itself (On the Motherboard), I need to see its full number.

I asked for the Programmer and Software, because I have some doubts for your both files.

I figured out this 16MB Chip isn't the BIOS Chip but it's the (EC Chip), search the entire Motherboard for the Main BIOS Chip and upload it's content here, it should be (32MB).

I figured out this 16MB Chip isn't the BIOS Chip but it's the (EC Chip), search the entire Motherboard for the Main BIOS Chip and upload it's content here, it should be (32MB).

It has a self healing bios. Why would someone with 11 months remaining on premier support want to try fixing it anyway ? .Has an open repair ticket as well

So which chip is healing from which? Or both are healing from something else? Like in some devices the SIO can restore its firmware from the Main BIOS.

I found one. It is the WINBOND W74M25JWEIQ. But the Programmer can't recognize this chip and there is no such model in XGPro.

I don't know. I was told that this is not a warranty case.

It has a self healing bios.

So why doesn't it heal itself?
Maybe I need to press some key combination? I tried Fn+R, Win+R, Fn+B and much more but no effects.

Sometimes, when i reconnecting RAM, ROM, Wireless card and then turn on the laptop appears LEDs blinking. Videohow it blinking. Sorry for upside down video. It's hard to catch this blinking

Also there is a GigaDevice GD25Q16ESIG chip.

I found one. It is the WINBOND W74M25JWEIQ. But the Programmer can't recognize this chip and there is no such model in XGPro.

How do you think, maybe there is some method to read this chip?
Maybe some information from datasheet can be useful?
Because this method i think can be useful for others.

Looks like a chip W25Q256JW is similar to W74M25JW.
