Digikey should have the other parts as well. Before ordering, check if they also have the backlight fuse. Post the details of the fuse for a quick review.
The other part you have referenced is a dual element resistor @ 2k2 resistance and likely isolated. Will confirm once at the office. This in an 0404 package.
