See attached. Nothing special.

Each is a N-channel mosfet in a 5*6mm package. Find a high current version (low on resistance) and the same part can be used for both replacements.

8030 = N channel
8039 = P channel

The above linked datasheet for 8039 states it is an N-channel.

Do you have any topside markings you can post? From the internet searches, the 8039 part is N-channel.

These do not look like mosfets.

Are mosfets SURE, 8 pins, 4 on one side common and a heatpad connected to Drain

How did you conclude this mosfet is a p-channel ?

Never mind..found the datasheet. Indeed it is P-channel. Strange that Toshiba has the same part #, yet N-channel.
