PCH_DPWROK 3,29v with PC ON and 0v with PC OFF

I put in the picture below the voltages of DC3 and DC4 when the pc is on. When off they are all 0v

if these measurements are correct can i heat up my cpu?
yes, i have a bga rework station and i have done several video card reflows in the past

DC3/DC4 readings are again perfect. PCH_PWROK is not used in this mb and PCH_Dpwrok is used instead. So everything is is in order.

I'll recommend to reflow the SOC with the following profile(as this mb tends to wrap a bit on heating)

Phase1
TOP-160 Degree for 60 Seconds
Bottom -167 for 60 Seconds

TOP -195 for 30 Seconds
BOT-205 for 30 Seconds

TOP-225 for 30 Seconds
BOT-235 for 30 Seconds.

This will definitely not harm you(if not fix it) but you may ask for others opinion.
