Removing Graphic coil will also do the job.

Post #3 = remove the power rail coil (inductor) that powers the GPU.

I am not sure since I am not the author of the suggested post. It is a very quick experiment to remove the inductor. Worth an attempt. Lots of flux and patience and then lift the power inductor. Do cover the nearby parts with aluminum foil or kapton tape so they do not go flying off the board.

Get image for motherboard with graphics and non graphics and try comparing them. I beleive schematic is not available.

I have tried removing the coil from the GPU phase but when doing this the machine does not boot and puts the fan to maximum.
I assume that in new models/revisions the GPU is hardcoded in the BIOS for boot.

The original problem is that it does not boot with Windows 10 (Artifacts when loading the OS) but it does boot fine with 7/8

Your problem does not seem to be hardware related, i.e. it's not a mal-functioning GPU, but you have an out-dated BIOS version without support for Windows 10. I have experienced the problem with artefacts you describe with this particular board multiple times, both for UMA and DIS. The HP BIOS update descriptions list explicitly that updates are required to support Windows 10. Try to resolder your coil and update the BIOS, and it should work fine.
