Nothing special. Standard N-channel mosfet.
Locate any donor board and find another N-channel mosfet.
Very high chance it will function the same. First confirm the donor is also N-channel.
Be sure to solder back in the same direction for pin #1.
Pins 1-2-3 will be shorted. See the bottom of each mosfet before replacing. -

@piernov almost the same on the ao4468 except for Maximum Drain Current 4410n 13aam while ao4468 is 10.5amp only. can i use this?Comment

It should work fine. Monitor the heat of this part. Source some hefty mosfets for your tool box for future servicing. Many from Texas instruments work well. The mosfets are not super critical here.Comment

Hello everyone, I recently found this badcaps site and super Learn Electronics Repair youtube channel. And I wanted to learn how to troubleshoot power supplies and VGA cards and how to practice soldering, since I already have a properly defective piece of them. I am currently trying to solve two problems:
