RT809F programmer issue

hello, when i connect the 3.3v to 1.8v adapter the ALVC164245 chip on the adapter is getting extremely hot.

any one know something abou this issue ?

You mean chip on the 3.3 to 1.8V converter is heating?? If yes, its very likely ur converter adapter is shorted and or pin orientation is not correct.

Yes i mean that. the seller told me to try any way, i have checked pin orientation a few times and it was as intended

Check chip position on it and the adapter position, the 1.8v adapter will be on the last 4 sockets while he 3.3v connector will be on the first 4 sockets of the connector.
