Dell e5420 power on then off

    Dell e5420
(KRUG 14" UMA Rev. A02 10ELT16G001-A, of FOXCONN) no exact schematic could be found

Power on, then off after a few seconds (even without ram and processor same situation)
Takes till 1.40A on dc supply

    Core ok
    Pltrst ok
    DRAMRST ok

    Any guidance please

Sir a bios was flashed, but takes dc supply only 0.14A,
        No core now
Even again reflashed from backup bios, but still same. What could be its science.
Some dust was cleaned also, no noticeable corrusion was found.
