Have hp laptop motherboard Faroe_dis_x32 problem is battery not charging.acn=19v
Acok =3v
Acdet=2.7v
Acdrv=19v
Regn =6v
Ilm =3v
Adapter id is.0.50v
Charging ic is bq24781 have changed the ic and confirm battery.
Charging percentage not increasing

ACDRV at 19V is wrong, should be 25-26V approx. Check your dc-in mosfets for short.

Thanks mcplslg123 the input mosfet was indeed short after changing the battery starts charging.

@piernov has made such a nice sticky thread regarding charging circuit. Please read it many times to get your concept a little bit clear and you wont need assistance for such miniscule issues.
