acer travelmate p214 status "charging" but battery percentage not increasing...0mW charge rate

early problem this laptop is short 19v...after replace short capacitor (PC6005), this laptop does running okay...but the problem is battery percentage not increase...charging orange light is normal when insert adapter...
i have try replace 2pcs new battery but also same result...on status it saying "charging" but percentage not increase...this laptop also running okay with only battery (got 27% left)....

Locate the dual diode PD9002. Remove all power. Disconnect the battery. Meter in DIODE mode.

Test this dual diode. Red meter probe on pin #2. Black meter probe on pin #3. Meter should conduct with a voltage.

Reverse the meter probes, the meter should block with 'OL'. Repeat with pins #1 and #3. Post each measurement.

      hi sir mon2...here the measurement

Red meter probe on pin #2. Black meter probe on pin #3 = 0.262v
Red meter probe on pin #3. Black meter probe on pin #2 = OL
Red meter probe on pin #1. Black meter probe on pin #3 = 0.262v
Red meter probe on pin #3. Black meter probe on pin #1 = OL

This dual diode is OK and not reverse leaking. On some cases, have seen this part cause 'fake charging' conditions.

Measure the voltage to ground of:

ACDET ; should be 2v7 or higher
        ACOK ; should be a logic '1'
        REGN ; should be ~6v
ACDRV ; should be ~25v to enable the 2 x N-channel DCin mosfets

with the adapter & battery connected.

and after few minutes all voltage on that pin become 0v

i try re-connect adapter again and all voltage is normal like this...after few seconds its getting 0v

Suspecting something borderline ok but could it be an old battery? Continue to test.

now i test with old and new battery...i charge until its full...because customer said before no power issue (short 19v), the old battery drain so fast...i check using batmon apps that old battery capacity is okay, design capacity and full charge capacity is the same

discharge rate is around 4300-4600mW per second when idle...is that normal sir mon2

Hmm. Honestly do not know but you can test with the unit only on battery after a full charge. Google for the expected life of the unit if powered only by battery. Keep in mind that battery life capacity will decrease over the life of the battery itself so the time will decrease over time.
