Need assistance : lenovo y530 with broken charging port

Hi need assistance with y530 and a broken charging port.
The charging port is destroyed and ADAPTER_ID is shorted thru EC.
Question is : do i need to reprogram the EC after replacing it? also diode is burned out (Component pd203), needs to be replaced too ?

Yes it needs reprogramming. They are sold programmed also, include the mainboard code in search and will find in ebay. Price is higher.
As for PD203 - of course it needs replacing. You have the schematic so no problem finding the correct part.

No need to reprogram bios.
