Sir, gate voltage remains almost same when I press on/off button

3.3v/5v present and power button led light glow for some seconds and turn off, check your SIO requirements.

But before then check if standby IC pgood is available. Check if 3.3v/5v coil frequency is fine,output and input before moving to sio, check if rsmrst# is available (active low or active high) when power button is press.
