Is the battery an original ? Sounds like the battery is a compatible model but the logic board wants to see some special token from the battery pack.

This model has a white list of accessories approved by bios. need to delete it. (but I don't know how to do it).

The solution is to flash modded bios where whitelist for battery is removed but i dont have such a file.
